Mitchell Beazley to serve Ghanaian cuisine

Mitchell Beazley has acquired writer and cook Zoe Adjonyoh’s début publication. Senior commissioning editor Eleanor Maxfield bought world rights to Zoe’s Ghana Kitchen, a collection of Ghanaian food dishes, from Elise Dillsworth at the Elise Dillsworth Agency. Maxfield said: "It's time for African cuisine to hit the publishing mainstream. Zoe's particular take on Ghanaian food, her exciting approach and inspirational work ethos make her a joy to work with.
