A+E Networks’ FYI taps PureWow for food video

TV networks have been teaming up with digital publishers, hoping to tap into their often-younger audiences as their own viewers age. Along those lines, A+E Networks is tapping PureWow to produce 12 45-second recipe videos for FYI, A+E's 2-year-old lifestyle channel. The deal lets A+E tap into PureWow’s young, upscale audience (it's average visitor is aged 33 while FYI’s is 48), while PureWow gets to learn how to translate digital video to linear TV, which is no easy feat, said Paul Greenberg of A+E: "The short form has to complement and feel like the longform programming.” The post A+E Networks’ FYI taps PureWow for food video appeared first on Digiday.
