He replaces Scott Mowbray, who is retiring from the magazine after 17 years with Time Inc., the company said.Cooking Light's paid and verified circulation through the first half of 2014 is about 1.8 million, roughly the same as last year, according to the Alliance for Audited Media, which tracks magazine circulation.
