LIMA cookbook to Mitchell Beazley

Mitchell Beazley has signed a cookbook from Virgilio Martinez, the chef behind the Michelen-starred restaurant LIMA. LIMA The Cookbook: Peruvian Home Cooking, co-authored with Luciana Bianchi, will be released on 1st October 2015 as a £25 hardback. Octopus publisher Alison Starling acquired world rights from the authors. The book will include 100 contemporary Peruvian recipes, which feature in Martinez' two London restaurants and his restaurant in Peru. It will also feature an endorsement by Nobel Prize-winning writer Mario Vargas Llosa. Continue reading at 'The Bookseller'
