Brussels hasn't always looked kindly on the use of things like online behavioral advertising, and the revised General Data Protection Regulations reflect that. But there are other debates now raging concerning the ePrivacy Directive, and the fallout for both publishers, advertisers, and particularly ad tech companies could be bleak if not addressed.
