Orlando software and digital publishing firm firm BlueToad Inc. has partnered with Amazon Inc. to launch a new voice technology service. Terms of the deal were not disclosed. Amazon Polly, a service that turns text into speech, will adopt a Neural Text-to-Speech Newscaster Voice program that creates life-like text-to-speech audio experiences for users.
