Amazon Prime Day 2024 will be here soon, which means Prime members will have a ton of sales and deals to sift through during a brief period next month. Prime Day deals typically do not discriminate: everything from clothing to shoes to household essentials can be discounted, and that includes consumer electronics as well. Prime members will get access to all of the deals, but there are usually a few sales available to all Amazon shoppers during Prime Day, too. Engadget will be surfacing all of the best tech deals we can find – both on Amazon and elsewhere – during Prime Day, but there are important things to consider ahead of time so you can be prepare for when the event actually starts. We do not have official dates for Prime Day 2024 yet, but we do know it’ll be back sometime in July. The shopping event focuses on exclusive deals for Prime members, which means you’ll have to be a Prime subscriber on Prime Day to take advantage of most of the savings. Amazon still offers a 30-day free trial to new Prime subscribers, so you can start your free trial closer to July and participate in the event.
