Weidenfeld & Nicolson has acquired a new book from Mina Holland, writer and editor of Guardian Cook. Amanda Harris, deputy publisher of non-fiction at Orion Publishing Group, bought UK & Commonwealth rights from Jon Elek at United Agents for Mina Holland’s Mama: The Food that Makes Us. W&N is publishing the book as a hardback and ebook (£18.99 and £9.99 respectively) in February 2017, in the run-up to Mother’s Day. This is Holland's second book.
