Editorial director Hannah Griffiths acquired UK and Commonwealth rights from Elizabeth Sheinkman at Curtis Brown to Al-Tahawy's fourth novel, Brooklyn Heights. It will be the first of her works to be published in the UK. Faber will publish in August 2011.
