Denver ad-tech company merges, expects to grow

Denver advertising technology company Altitude Digital has merged with Genesis Media, a New York City-based maker of analytics software for online publishers. The combined company will be based in New York City under the Genesis Media name, but it will keep the former Altitude Digital office in Denver and expects to expand it.
