The brother of JonBent Ramsey is suing CBS and a slew of others for at least $750 million, claiming he was defamed after the network aired a four-hour documentary that allegedly painted him as his sister's killer.The brother -- Burke Ramsey -- claims CBS' marketing portrayed its four-hour broadcast, "The Case of: JonBent Ramsey," as a documentary when, in fact, "it was a fictional crime show based primarily on a preconceived storyline scripted in a self-published and commercially unsuccessful book, 'Foreign Faction,'" according to the lawsuit, which was filed Wednesday in the Third Circuit Court in Wayne County, Mich.JonBent Ramsey was killed, tortured and sexually assaulted on either Christmas Day or in the early hours of Dec. 26, 1996. The crime had gained widespread media attention, but ultimately, both the police and district attorney concluded Burke Ramsey "did not have any idea or knowledge about what had happened to his sister," the suit said.
