Yub spins out with $12M to boost, track in-store sales

Yub spun out of TrialPay on Monday with $12 million in funding to help boost online efforts aimed at driving consumers to purchases in bricks-and-mortar stores. The Mountain View company led by CEO Alex Rampell said that it already has some big retailers and restaurants, including Burger King, The Body Shop and The Gap, as customers.
