In 2016, when TED Talks are ever-present and headlines distill complex ideas into clickable links, there is a desire, or even expectation, that an answer can be found and easily shared en masse. But everyone in attendance at what was billed a “symposium” this past Saturday evening at the Ace Hotel in New York knew what Gould meant.
