Eleven of Salt & Straw's classic flavors, such as Sea Salt with Caramel Ribbons, Honey Lavender, and Strawberry Honey Balsamic with Black Pepper, also will be available.Kim Malek, who lives in Portland but visits the city regularly, told Crain's Thursday that the new shop has been a long time coming.
