The shop will finish trading on 1st October and its closure follows the shutting of Waterstones in Gateshead on 13th August and the Waterstones in Harrods, London, due to see its last day of trade this Saturday (17th September). Waitrose is understood to own the Dorking Waterstone's branch and trades in the shop beside it.
