Newton-based TripAdvisor said Thursday it agreed to acquire a leading Dutch restaurant ratings website for an undisclosed sum. According to Dutch reports, the deal for Iens.nl was valued at $11.8 million, Reuters reported. Iens.nl allows people to book reviews through SeatMe, which was also acquired by TripAdvisor (Nasdaq: TRIP).
