Organizations tapped to run the 1115 waiver networks range from physician associations to public health nonprofits. The networks are scattered across the state, and three will oversee the Medicaid pilot in New York City.Tribeca-based nonprofit Public Health Solutions will operate a social care network for Medicaid enrollees in Manhattan, Queens and Brooklyn, while Northwell Health subsidiary Staten Island Provider Payment Systems will lead the pilot for that borough.
