SAGE acquires Pion

SAGE has purchased Pion Limited, an independent publisher of academic journals. The sale, which was brokered by Bertoli Mitchell LLP, was announced jointly by chairman for Pion, David Cohen and Ziyad Marar, SAGE’s global publishing director.
