Nick Poole has been appointed as chief executive of CILIP, the Chartered Institute of Library and Information Professionals. Poole will begin at CILIP in June. He is currently c.e.o. of the Collections Trust, a UK charity which works with libraries, archives and museums, and has previously been a trustee of CILIP, and was CILIP treasurer between 2012 and 2013.
