Independent Pinter & Martin has made a full acquisition of yoga book publisher YogaWords for an undisclosed sum. YogaWords, which was established in 2008 by online yoga shop Yogamatters in partnership with Pinter & Martin, will become wholly-owned by the latter on 1st January 2015. As a result of the acquisition, Zoë Blanc, former publishing coordinator at YogaWords, will join Pinter & Martin as publishing manager and commissioning editor of the YogaWords list.
