Orion promotes Mills, Harris and Pegg

Orion Fiction has promoted Kate Mills to the role of publishing director, with Genevieve Pegg appointed to the role of editorial director. Mills will step up from deputy publishing director into the more senior role, taking over the running of the Orion Fiction team.
