Mobcast looks to growth after cash boost

Written By: Graeme Neill Publication Date: Tue, 02/08/2011 - 08:59 Mobcast, the digital company behind the mobile phone ebook company GoSpoken, has secured an undisclosed amount of fresh funding from two investment groups. The company said the cash, from technology venture capitalist fund Solon and original Mobcast investors Anne Street, would be used for expansion. Following the cash injection, Richard Thompson, co-founder and chairman of Solon, has joined Mobcast as chairman. Solon's Shufan Lin has also joined as a non-executive director and will help the business expand further into the Asian markets. read more Continue reading at 'The Bookseller'
