To our FOLIO: Community The outpouring of positive reflections on FOLIO: we have seen since our announcement that we will discontinue regular reporting on the magazine publishing industry is a testament to the dedication and talent of those who contributed to FOLIO:’s success over so many years, including our team members past and present, as well as so many of our friends and customers (and customers who became our friends). The reports we’ve seen lamenting FOLIO:’s “demise” miss some points that we think will provide some context and hope for those who will miss FOLIO:. Our decision to eliminate regular industry reporting via FOLIO: doesn’t mean we are abandoning the FOLIO: community. It only means that we will be serving it in new ways. Moving forward, FOLIO: will continue to bring media CEOs together for critical discussions via executive roundtables; we will continue to recognize and celebrate editors and designers via the industry’s Eddie and Ozzie Awards and women leaders with our Top Women program; and we will continue to serve our production and ad operations community via FOLIO:'s sister brand, Admonsters. So, while we are winding down our daily news coverage, we will continue to celebrate our industry’s successes while innovating new ways to highlight achievements and create meaningful connections. Thank you for your support, engagement, participation, inspiration, and enthusiasm over the decades since Joe Hanson started a magazine for the magazine industry....
