Korean street food book to Mitchell Beazley

Octopus Publishing Group’s Mitchell Beazley imprint has acquired a new Korean cookbook from the founders of a street food company. Denise Bates, group publishing director at Octopus, bought world rights to K Food: Korean Home Cooking and Street Food by Da-Hae and Gareth West from Anna Power at Johnson & Alcock. The Wests are founders of street food company Busan BBQ and K Food is their first cookbook.
