Some big publishers are raising more money at higher and higher valuations, while others are getting squeezed by the shifts in the media environment. Lucky, All You, National Journal and Details all shuttered their print operations, while small, beloved sites such as Grantland and The Dissolve failed to turn passionate readerships into sustainable businesses.
