Richard Haines, brand manager at HarperCollins Children's Books, signed the deal with Libby Grant, brand director at Fluid World, the UK licensing agent for Sanrio, which owns Hello Kitty. The deal includes digital rights. HarperCollins publishes a range of Hello Kitty sticker, activity, tween fashion and friendship guides.
