Harlequin Mira has signed two novels from debut author Phaedra Patrick. Sammia Hamer at Mira signed UK and Commonwealth rights for two books in a deal with Clare Wallace at the Darley Anderson Agency. The first book, The Curious Charms of Arthur Pepper, follows 69-old Arthur Pepper, who discovers a mysterious charm bracelet when going through his deceased wife's possessions.
