Gollancz is to publish two novels and two e-novellas by Tom Lloyd. Commissioning editor Marcus Gipps acquired world rights to Stranger of Tempest, Princess of Blood, and the two e-novellas from Simon Kavanagh of the Mic Cheetham Agency.
