Canongate has signed a title on films by Mark Kermode and Simon Mayo, the duo behind "Kermode and Mayo's Film Review" radio show. Running since 2001, the BBC Radio 5 Live programme attracts 2m downloads every month. The book, titled The Movie Doctors, brings their film knowledge and sense of humour together, offering cinematic cures for life's dilemmas, as well taking a medical approach to movies and exploring those in need of surgical help.
