Senior editor Francis Bickmore bought world rights in a pre-emptive deal from Jon Elek at A P Watt. ISBN in Italy, Blackie in Spain and Berlin in Germany have pre-empted foreign rights this week. Grow Up by Ben Brooks will be published in July in paperback, ebook and audio download.
