Book Trust will tomorrow (7th July) present Shirley Hughes with a lifetime achievement award at a ceremony in London.   The prize, which celebrates the body of work of an author or illustrator who has made an outstanding contribution to children literature, will be presented to Hughes for her “remarkable, multi-talented contribution to children's fiction”, said Book Trust c.e.o.
