Floris Books has acquired two separate children’s titles from author Cathy MacPhail and her son David MacPhail. Senior commissioning editor Eleanor Collins approached Cathy early in 2013 for a Scottish young teen novel while, independently, David submitted an outline for a series of Viking adventures.
