Celeste Ngs debut novel beats Stephen King, Richard Flanagan, Martin Amis and Hilary Mantel to lead American online retailers list of the years top print booksAmazon.com has chosen Celeste Ngs debut novel Everything I Never Told You as its printed book of the year, ahead of a wealth of prominent titles from Richard Flanagans Booker-winning The Narrow Road to the Deep North (93rd) to Hilary Mantels short story collection The Assassination of Margaret Thatcher (61st) and Martin Amiss The Zone of Interest (81st). The companys editorial director of books, Sara Nelson described Ngs debut as a sleeper that initially attracted less attention than other novels. But it was the kind of novel that people say doesnt get published any more were so happy it did, she said. Continue reading... Continue reading at 'The Guardian'
