C&R basks in Benidorm

Written By: Charlotte Williams Publication Date: Fri, 13/05/2011 - 10:44 Constable & Robinson has acquired a series tie-in to ITV comedy hit, "Benidorm", penned by Derren Litten, the programme's creator and writer. Constable publishing director Andreas Campomar signed the deal for UK and Commonwealth rights from Vivienne Clore at Richard Stone Partnership. "Benidorm" won the most popular comedy programme award at the National Television Awards in 2008 and 2011. It is set in Spain at the Solana, an all-inclusive hotel complex, and has recently been recomissioned for a fifth series. read more Continue reading at 'The Bookseller'
