Bloomsbury shells out on snail title

Senior commissioning editor Richard Atkinson acquired world rights to A Slow Passion: Snails, My Garden and Me by gardener and winner of the BBC Amateur Scientist of the Year Award Ruth Brooks, after a "lively auction" run by Laetitia Rutherford at Mulcahy Conway Associates.
