Waterstones Blackpool will reopen after a member of staff was killed by a falling shop sign. A Waterstones spokesperson told the Blackpool Gazette: “Waterstones Blackpool will reopen again after repair works to the building that will be undertaken shortly. We will confirm the date of reopening once these are underway.” Margaret Sheridan, a bookseller at the shop, was killed last month after being hit by a falling sign.
