Scandinavian publishing giant Schibsted has been centralizing its 250-strong product team over the last year. Currently, the biggest challenge the product team faces it how to give readers the right information to make informed decisions but telling it in ways that feel more personal to readers. “We need to avoid the filter bubbles but still make it feel relevant,” said Espen Sundve, vp of product management.
