Frank Chambers has left his role as managing director of independent publisher Carlton Publishing, just 18 months after being appointed to the role, The Bookseller understands. His departure comes shortly after that of Lisa Edwards, who was publisher of the adult division of Carlton for two years, and who left to “explore other opportunities in the industry” in March this year.
