Bloomsbury editor-in-chief Aleandra Pringle has bought a new novel from US writer Nicole Krauss, titled Late Wonder. The buy, together with a collection of short stories titled How to Be a Man, was made at auction from Zoe Waldie at Rogers, Coleridge & White, in association with Melanie Jackson. Late Wonder is said by Waldie to be "immensely profound, but at the same time a page turner", with a "most beguiling and complex character."
